For Raine's shearing in 2012, she had a micron of 15.9. You won't find a black much finer or with a better handle than what she is showing. Check out the fiber stats to see for yourself. Raine is our first cria out of Dundee's The Lad. Then add to that the Adrenalin line she carries from her dam's side and you get "Fantastic." We love her compact look and her typey head style, all of which she passes on to her cria. Check out her half brother, Soldier, and you'll see another fantastic black. The plan is to have Nugget has 3 confirmed pregnancies with cria due in 2017. We anticipate him throwing his strong frame and head style as just a couple of examples of his excellent traits. At his final show appearance at the 2016 A-OK Blastoff he received a 1st place. The judge had very positive comments regarding his fiber, fine, well structured, exactly what you would want to see in a male of his age. Nugget received Reserve Color Champion at the 2015 A-OK Blastoff. The judge said he was a clear winner in his class. Strong frame, tracks perfectly, fine, well organized and consistent fleece! In his first show appearance he received a 1st place in halter as well as the youngest of the threesome that won Get of Sire for Tuscan Gold at the 2014 MOPACA show. He is straight, full coverage from nose to toes, his father's great head style and fleece that is to die for. Nugget was recently praised for his conformation and straight legs. Judge Diana Timmerman stated that she immediately noticed his gait as he entered the ring, explaining that he tracks perfectly (rear foot steps directly behind the front.) Nugget is now proven. Samara is confirmational correct with a dense, soft fleece. She is an easy breeder and easy birther. A great mother. When bred to grey she produced grey. Her last breeding was to our black herdsire and she produced black. Samara had another easy birth in September 2022. Her female cria, sired by our herdsire, Sebastian. Luella has been added to our herd to add to our fine blacks. Luella carries some fantastic grey genetics from both her dam and sire. Her sire is Splendour in Gray("Sig"). That brings in Royal Fawn as her grandsire. Her dam is a true black bringing in more grey genetics from Silver Legand and Royal Inca Legend. Luella gave birth to her second cria on May 6, 2016. She has a strong, true black, male cria out of our champion herdsire, The Lad's Soldier. This male is showing great potential and we are looking forward to following his development. Oakley represents many positives in the world of alpacas. She is dense, has a wonderful handle, a sturdy frame, and totally cute! I'm not 100% sure that I even want to sell her.
