Chione is out of Snowmass Andean Midnight. Andean Midnight is also the sire of 12x Champion Estates Stradivarius, who won the 2016 Futurity Black Color Champion as a juvenile! Chione's dam is 6x Champion Crescent Moon's Cassia. Cassia is the daughter of 11x Champion Kirwin, and the granddaughter of 8x Champion, Crescent Moon's Rayo del Sol. NEWS FLASH! We took advantage of proven, 3x Black Champion Patagonia's Baccus, who has just returned to our breeding program to breed to this sensational female feeling they will complement each other. Judge Amanda VandenBosch assessed Baccus, commenting about his "marvelous stature, phenotype, and ranking him as above average in all aspects of fiber; including fineness & handle, uniformity of micron, staple length, density, and coverage."
