After 22 years of gracing our pastures, Phinesse passed away in July, 2019. She was my first cria and the reason I am still in the alpaca business. I remember the joy and fear of seeing her sitting up in the barn the day she was born. I was afraid to touch her so I called the vet out to check her out.
